Hope and healing through the journey of life
Ever since I was a child, I have been fascinated by stories—not just those found in books, but the real stories of human experiences. With each story shared, I saw how profoundly past experiences can shape a person’s inner peace.
I also came to realize that many people carry heavy burdens in silence. Some have no one they feel they can talk to, while others have been taught to “keep control of their emotions” or to “not talk about” painful experiences.
As I pursued my journey as a therapist, I was entrusted with more and more of these untold stories. Stories of trauma, grief, loss, life transitions, manipulation, and abuse. Stories rarely spoken aloud: veterans describing war and deployment, couples navigating infertility and infant loss, birth parents placing children for adoption, medical professionals carrying guilt over patient outcomes, hardworking people losing jobs unexpectedly, first responders witnessing trauma daily, and most recently, teachers overwhelmed by unrealistic expectations.
On the outside, many wear masks that suggest they are doing fine. But often, behind the mask is someone simply trying to make it through the day.
Whatever it is you are facing, you don’t have to face it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you, helping you move toward healing and peace—piece by piece.
